IS IT FINALLY OVER? 2020 has been a hectic year to say the least for a lot of us, DAEMON INCLUDED, but here’s to 2021 being WAY better. (Shouldn’t be hard, right?
We’re bringing you 2 party themed LEs, Celebration on the left and Blowout on the right. One is Yellow, and one is Purple. They’re both sparkly as all get out.
You are guaranteed to receive either Lightsplash or Plumsplash eyes, with a slight chance at the hybrid “Plumlight” eye variant. Word on the street is you can breed for Plumlight eyes by putting together the 2 common ones…
A few antler options this month, Reindeer Antlers are still a possibility coming from these vendors, as well as OverUnder and Deer. (Also no antlers is always a possibility, and probable!)
It’ll set you back 5,000 FWN Points or L$875….. yup, 875 instead of 995! We kept the price lowered again for January!
*sings* It’s beginning to look a lot like… uh.. whatever you celebrate!
We just released these two winter themed Fawns (Northern Hemisphere has Winter Solstice happening on the 21st this month, as per usual), a nice blue and white coat, and a mint and white variant. Each having a black undercoat which helps their bright colors pop!
You are guaranteed to receive either Frost or Winter eyes, with a slight chance at the hybrid “Candle” eye variant. Word on the street is you can breed for Candle eyes by putting together the 2 common ones…

Pssstt… A little fawny told me that new coats are starting to show up on the grid. There was one that was… well.. kind of chocolate-looking, and another was – well, my memory is a bit blurry – but you’ll see soon enough!
If you want some tips on how to obtain these new coats from breeding, please read the following:
For one, you’re not going to get this content from starter fawns. You’ll need to breed ones together that have a few generations away from starters – the resulting offspring need full trees.
Secondly you’ll want to breed fawns with a lot of traits, specifically ears, tails and antlers – at LEAST double traits!
And lastly, ether is not a requirement but it DOES help with getting this new content out. “Ether Reserves” are still L$7 instead of L$9 which is cheaper than our standard “1for4Weeks Ether Crystals”.
There are some other things people can do that help increase the odds of popping new content, but we don’t want to give EVERYTHING away.
Alright, that’s all I’ve got for now – as soon as some more of these start popping up we’ll post them to our news page – so stay tuned!
I don’t know about you folks, but the weather in the Midwest of America has been hot and cold, warm and cool – it’s never predictable – and neither are the Chilly and Scarly LE Fawns!
Chilly looks sort of like a glacier, and Scarly is – well – a scarlet variant. You’ll notice both coats have a hint of grey blended in, as well as black symbols on the body, legs and cheeks.
You are guaranteed to receive either Reddium or Tealium eyes, with a slight chance at the hybrid “Aberration” eye variant. Word on the street is you can breed for Aberration eyes by putting together the 2 common ones…

Fall is here, and the nights are slowly getting cooler in the northern hemisphere. Things are starting to get a bit more eerie as the year winds down, which is why we bring you the Jackosaber and Nightsaber Halloween-themed coats!
Jackosaber has a bit of Jack-o-lantern theme going on, and nightsaber has the essence of an evil witch’s brew. Both are a bit wild with a “saber” feel to them.
You are guaranteed to receive either Flame or Ectoplasm eyes, with a slight chance at the hybrid “Toxiflame” eye variant. Word on the street is you can breed for Toxiflame eyes by putting together the 2 common ones…

Fall is sneaking up on you as we speak! It occurs in September (Northern Hemisphere), and well.. it’s September. I know, Daemon is super clever.
Mocha is a mixture of browns on a black undercoat, and Noir is a bit of a grey scale variant. The dull, Fall-themed colors help the LE eyes truly pop out on these coats!
You are guaranteed to receive either Oceanblast or Nightfall eyes, with a slight chance at the hybrid “Harmonious” eye variant. Word on the street is you can breed for Harmonious eyes by putting together the 2 common ones…

Daemon here – and I just wanted to let everyone know that I formed a new LLC (Limited Liability Company) to wrap around Fawns, Fennux, PayHUD and future SL-related productions.
What does this mean to you? Pretty much nothing, other than that you’ll see “LEXI GAMES” at the top of the website, as well as “Copyright 2020 Lexi Games LLC” at the bottom of the website.
We’re building a brand – so when you hear “Lexi Games” you’ll hopefully think of Fennux, Fawns and PayHUD – it’s really just to tie things together. We wanted to put everything under one roof, so to speak.
Why “Lexi Games”? Well, we primarily make breedable pet games, but we got to the word “Lexi” after starting with the word “Light” since we operate on a lean business model. Not available. We tried condensing it to “Lite”, and that too was not available. We translated it to the Latin variant “Lux”, because Daemon is edgy. Still not available. We added an I to make “Luxi” but decided that a simple vowel change to Lexi sounded best. SO, Lexi Games LLC is what we’re dealing with today.
Summer is here, for the northern hemisphere, so we wanted to make some fun vibrant colored fawns this time around, and that we did! Introducing Venom and Remedy LEs!

You are guaranteed to receive either Poison or Glisten eyes, with a slight chance at the hybrid “Gloomlight” eye variant. Word on the street is you can breed for Gloomlight eyes by putting together the 2 common ones…

As most of you know by now, Second Life added the ability to change the entire username if you pay for Premium and an additional $40 USD per change. This is different than the free ability to change your display name (which you can still do), but the actual “Username Resident” account can be changed into… “Username Starlight” for example.
Our underlying code handled this fairly well – we store UUIDs (Universally Unique Identifiers) and reference them for almost everything. Nothing too major broke when SL started allowing for people to change their names, but a few features stopped working:
-Redelivery
-My Fawns displaying incorrect Logs/Lives
-http://fawns.org/<ID> pages with the wrong Owner Name
-HUD displaying wrong Owner Name
-The list goes on…
I can safely say that we’ve been able to resolve all of the above issues and more, so on our end it looks quite safe to change your name on SL and not have to worry about your Fawns (or Fennux for that matter) having any issues.
If anyone notices new bugs popping up, feel free to message Daemon Blackflag in-world and we’ll get it figured out, but for now no one is reporting any issue, and our test account seems to be doing fine as well.
It’s almost the 1st of the month, so look forward to new LEs!
